About our Cottages / Log Cabins The Cottages are of Swedish design, are situated on raised ground above Loch Earn's northern shore and have excellent views over the loch to the southern shore and Edinample castle at the foot of Glen Ample. Further to the south on the east of GlenAmple are the two well known peaks, Ben Vorlich and Stuc a Chroin. Most cottages also have views to Glen Ogle, Queen Victoria's 'Khyber Pass'. Behind the cottages are the lower slopes of 'Meall a Mhadaidh' with it's tumbling mountain burns.
Access is by tarmac driveway from the lochside road and each cottage has its own parking space.

We have three types of cottage, all in the 'log cabin' style:
Loch Earn is just over the road from our log cabins and we have our own slipway so you may bring your own boat and have free use of the slipway.
